About APA Style
The authoritative source for APA style is the opens new window Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association (currently in its 7th edition, updated in October 2019). APA is commonly used in the social sciences to cite sources.
While the APA provides clear-cut instructions for citing standard publication types, it is necessary to interpret the rules to apply and adapt the principles of APA style to the unique elements of many business source citations.
The examples on this guide were created by ORU Librarians to assist students with writing complete and consistent citations of business sources.
