To make sure the room is available when you come to the library, you may want to book the room. Walk up use is available if the room has not been booked and is not in use.

Check in at the Library Service desk to:

• make sure the room is available,
• check out any needed equipment, such as the Presentation Studio remotes, the ring light selfie stand, or podcast microphones, and
• have a librarian open the room for you.

Note: This is not a group study room. However, during mid-terms and finals ONLY, the room will be available for a group of 5-8 students for group study. Priority is given to recording use over group study use.

No food is allowed in this room.
Students will be responsible for the room and its equipment while they have it booked.
Student ID's are held at the Library Service desk until the equipment is checked in.
