New Faces in the Library
- Daniel Eller began work as Advanced Library Generalist on August 27, 2018. An ORU alumnus (2002), he earned an MA (2005) from Bethel University. Prior to returning to ORU, he had nearly a decade of library experience in Technical Services, Data Management, and Reference at two universities, followed by six years as an executive chef in the Tulsa area (2012-2018). Since coming back to ORU, he has demonstrated a high level of competence and versatility.
- Joann Olsen, who successfully served as Research Assistant Intern in the Library while finishing her OU Master’s in Library and Information Studies last fall, was hired as a part-time Graduate Research Assistant for the spring semester. Her assignments include assistance with PhD collection development, evening and Saturday coverage of the Library Services Desk, and interlibrary loan processing.
- Grant Swank was hired part-time as a Digitization Specialist reporting to the HSRC director, Daniel Isgrigg. Photo not available.
