Presentation Studio
The Presentation Studio is a green screen space equipped with an easy-to-use state-of-the-art automated audio/video recording system designed for students and faculty to use to create lessons and professional recordings. The room includes remote camera management with a user-friendly interface and omnidirectional lighting setup (for an even cast) to avoid shadows.
The room may be used for recording music or singing auditions, interviews, practice presentations, dramatic scenes, and more.

How to Use the Room
- The computer should be on, so simply click the cursor on the screen or move the mouse.
- Turn on the TV - use the black remote.
- Turn on the recording lights - use the gray remote.
Note: Lights #1 and #2 are on the Stands: #3 is on the ceiling. - Sign in to your Zoom account.
Using Zoom in the Presentation Studio
To Record
- Sign in to your Zoom account.
- Check Settings
- Background and Effects - Choose a background image or video. Check "I have a Green Screen."
- Recordings - Click "Store my recordings at: One drive..."
- Click New Meeting. Use full screen. (Zoom should be displayed on the TV screen.)
- Use the joystick to move the screen up and down. Turn the know at the top of the joystick to Zoom.
When you finish the recording: - Stop the Recording. End the meeting.
To Retrieve Your Recording
- Go to your Zoom account.
- Click Recordings at the top of the page.
- Choose the "Recorded" tab.
To Manage Your Recordings:
Go to Settings > Recordings > "Manage my cloud recording"
When you are finished.
SIGN OUT of your Zoom.
Turn off the TV.
Turn off the three Recording Lights.
Turn off the Room lights.
