EBSCO Ebooks

Ebrary Has Become Ebook Central

In 2011 ProQuest purchased the ebrary Academic Complete ebook collection to which the ORU Library has subscribed for years. Since then, the ebrary ebook reader was changed, and then at the beginning of the fall semester the name was changed as were the look of the interface and functionality of the searching and limiting features. The collection is now entitled Ebook Central. With over 150,000 volumes, it remains the largest of the ebook collections in the ORU Library while the EBSCO eBook collection is the second largest with fewer than 14,000 volumes.
